Our memory bank, built among other things from conscious elements and from more fuzzy ones is the place where all the things or precepts that we have acquired are confronting themselves. Our identity might well be the result of the conscious managing of these acquired elements.

My work follows the identity-memory through the evocation of private stories (mine and that of others), often juxtaposed to disjointed narrations, heteroclites objects, mirrored images, transparences that all suppose parallel temporalities. The written words which are part of the artworks generate a mental image that in turn superimposes itself on the image displayed to the viewer’s gaze.
